• Teams and WMRA official’s arrival

• Afternoon course visit (autonomous)

Friday 21th of June:

• 10h00 departure of the bus for course visit – approx. 20 min by bus
• 10h30 – 12h30 course visit
• 12h40 return  for lunch – approx. 20 min by bus
• 13h15 lunch
• 14h45 departure  for accommodation 
• 16h30  The technical meeting 
• 17h30 – 18h30 Opening ceremony and Official photo team for athletes 

• 19h00 lunch 
• 20h30 return to accommodation

Saturday 22th of June:

• 9h departure of the bus to the start – approx. 20 min by bus
• 10h00 Open Race: School Trail montaña palentina– medal ceremony (start/finish area)
• 11h30 U18 Cup – START Girls

• 13h30 Flower ceremony
